If you're motivated to work on products with real impact and solve complex challenges, this could be your next step. ### **Purpose of the role:** * Ensure customers successfully integrate their systems with Fracttal to generate value for their processes and facilitate maintenance management. Act as a technical integration specialist, supporting customers in connecting their maintenance processes with Fracttal via APIs/web services, database connections, flat files, and Fracttal HUB. ### **Your mission:** * Proactive technical advisory: Collaborate with the sales team to identify technical needs of leads/customers and propose appropriate integration and infrastructure solutions. * Pre-sales: Guide customers by resolving technical questions regarding integration projects between Fracttal and other platforms, based on detailed requirements analysis. * Technical proposals: Prepare and present technical proposals aligned with customer requirements, considering architecture, scope, risks, and acceptance criteria. * Post-sales / Project management: Act as the technical-functional lead, ensuring successful integration implementation in collaboration with the Technology team. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Gather technical and functional requirements (processes to integrate, connection diagrams, APIs, authentication, data, frequency, volume, security). * Design integrations (REST/SOAP, message queues, ETL, webhooks) and model data for SQL. * Configure, test (Postman/Insomnia), validate, and document end-to-end integrations. * Coordinate deployments and handover to Operations/Support; create runbooks and playbooks. * Monitor project metrics (timeline, quality, rework, customer satisfaction). * Collaborate closely with Technology, Sales, and Technical Support teams. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with implementation progress and quality. ### **What we’re looking for in you:** * Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: 3+ years in integrations, technical implementation, requirements gathering, and/or IT project management. * Demonstrable experience with web services (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL or equivalent). * Experience with ERPs (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Oracle) and Power BI (modeling and connections). * Experience in requirements gathering and project management (prioritization, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. ### **What you’ll find at Fracttal:** At Fracttal, we care about people through: * **Autonomy and flexibility**, rooted in trust and responsibility, enabling you to manage your time and work with professional judgment. * **Well-being integrated into daily life**, with benefits supporting your physical, emotional, and personal health. * **Complementary health coverage**, because performing well starts with feeling well. * **Support during important life moments**, both inside and outside of work. * A **collaborative, human, and impact-driven environment**, where technology serves a clear purpose.
