REQUIREMENTS * University degree in the TIC field * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a TIC Functional Analyst or Product Owner in web environments: o Requirement definition and analysis with clients o High-level understanding of web architectures o Database design knowledge o Functional documentation writing * Knowledge and experience with both traditional and agile methodologies * Definition of use cases and user stories * Development of test plans and test cases (Verification and Validation) * Experience in software development projects for Public Administration * Proficiency with project and requirements management tools * Customer orientation * Residence in Galicia or Asturias * Willingness to travel Preferred qualifications: * Experience as a Product Owner * Agile certifications * English level B2 COMPETENCIES: * Customer orientation * Flexibility and change management * Teamwork and collaboration * Analytical thinking * Innovation capability * Written and verbal communication skills * Assertiveness * Self-control
