Responsibilities Support approval of new locations through technical due diligence and budget preparation. Receive, review, and compare received budgets. Identify new suppliers and new technologies or materials. Supervise construction execution regarding timelines, costs, quality, and company standards. Manage renovation works for the existing restaurant portfolio according to the annual renovation plan and budget. Support Facility Management in estimating costs related to complex structural repairs and supervise construction execution. What are we looking for? Minimum 3 years’ experience in the foodservice or retail sector. Education in architecture, technical architecture, or technical engineering. Intermediate level of English. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel is mandatory. Willingness to travel once per week to restaurants located across Spain. What do we offer?
