You will promote and sell the company's After-Sales Service offerings. You will manage and expand the customer portfolio, generating new business opportunities while maintaining or enhancing existing ones, in line with the commercial strategy. **Responsibilities** * You will build your own after-sales commercial portfolio and provide service within your own sales territory to better understand customer needs * You will focus on understanding the market to take necessary actions adapting to customer needs or trends * You will use advanced digital sales tools to help achieve your sales targets, registering and managing service opportunities for repairs, modernizations, and replacements, both from existing customers and competitors * You will work as part of a team, supporting the Administrative Department in debt management and the After-Sales Service Manager in improving installations and customer satisfaction * You will manage documentation related to offers, budgets, contracts, orders, claims, cancellations, renegotiations, changes in contract types, etc., as well as all documents related to financing and subsidies * You will report to the Area Delegate, providing periodic reports on commercial activities * You will manage customer complaints and find effective solutions * You will collaborate in public tender management * Thanks to collaboration, teamwork, and your direct manager, you will learn something new every day and continuously improve **Who we are looking for** -------------------- Are you a communicative person, able to engage and inspire others?
