**Job Title**
Railway Maintenance Operator - ATEINSA

**Purpose of the Position**
* Participate in the proper execution of maintenance tasks performed by ATEINSA at maintenance workshops, ensuring compliance with quality indices and service requirements established both by Management and in maintenance plans.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on railway equipment.

**Responsibilities**
* Execution of planned preventive and corrective tasks according to the Maintenance Plan, ensuring correct use of existing industrial documentation.
* Resolution of incidents detected during maintenance of railway vehicles.
* Completion of required records to evidence preventive/corrective maintenance tasks and campaigns carried out, in accordance with company procedures.
* Repair of faults and inspection and commissioning of units.
* Execution of protocols and tests on electromechanical components.
* Analysis and diagnosis of faults.
* Maintenance of appropriate order and cleanliness at the workstation.
* Requesting and collecting necessary materials from the warehouse for maintenance operations, complying with defined procedures.
* Proper use of individual and collective machinery, as well as workshop facility equipment (e.g., aerial work platforms, track lines, and forklifts).
* Execution of protocols and/or tests on electromechanical components.
* Collaboration in implementation of modification campaigns and monitoring activities on workshop rolling stock.
* Collaboration in continuous improvement.
* Reporting incidents/near-misses affecting Railway Safety to the immediate supervisor.
* Compliance with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
**Required Education**
**Mandatory:**
* Higher Secondary Vocational Training or Equivalent Upper-Level Module in mechanics, electricity, electronics, automotive/propulsion vehicles, or similar
* Compulsory Secondary Education, if combined with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar railway maintenance role
* Languages: Fluent Spanish
**Desirable:**
* Intermediate Vocational Training in Railway Rolling Stock Maintenance
* Technical knowledge of railway regulations
* Certification for operating elevated platforms
* Certification for working at height
* Certification for operating overhead cranes
* Certification for operating hoists
* Certification for train movement (jockeying)
* Certification for handling fluorinated gases
* Certification regarding electrical hazards
**Experience**
**Mandatory:**
* 6 months’ experience in a similar railway maintenance role
**Desirable:**
* Experience in HVAC and pneumatic systems maintenance
