




Through the P\&PD Engineering team (ATS Global), we are managing the selection process for a Machining Engineer for an industrial company located in Miranda de Ebro, Burgos. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and optimizing machining strategies for both serial production and industrialization projects, aiming to meet product requirements in terms of cost, quality, and delivery timelines. To achieve this, the engineer must be capable of designing test plans and analyzing data to draw conclusions that enable improvements or development of machining production processes. WE OFFER: * Permanent contract within the client's workforce * Full-time schedule with flexible hours. Monday through Thursday involve split shifts, while Fridays are full-day continuous shifts. * On-site position (occasional remote work allowed) Desired skills and qualifications: \- Academic qualification: Master's degree/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Candidates with Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) and extensive experience in similar roles will also be considered. \- Minimum 5 years of experience in the machining sector, performing tasks related to machining process definition (CAM strategies, tools, and fixtures) for up to 5-axis machines in multitasking centers, working with nickel-based alloys, titanium, and steels. Experience in the aerospace industry will be particularly valued. \- Ability to interpret technical drawings and knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing standards ASME Y14\.5 / ASME Y14\.8M \- Knowledge of turning and milling processes \- Familiarity with cutting tools used in machining \- Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Siemens NX \- Knowledge of machining process simulation \- Language skills: Advanced level of English, both spoken and written \- Teamwork ability
