This opportunity is right for you if you have... \- Prior experience in the technology sector as a Commercial Back\-Office professional (minimum 3 years), and an affinity for innovation. \- Prior experience using management and tracking systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, etc.). \- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas). \- Knowledge of English and/or French (not mandatory). \- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation (both external and internal). \- A commercial mindset, rigor, proactivity, and eagerness to learn. \- Ability to work collaboratively and toward shared objectives. **Responsibilities associated with this role:** \- Answer incoming phone calls and emails. \- Support the sales team in managing, preparing, and sending quotations; tracking opportunities; and closing sales. \- Perform administrative tasks related to order entry and updating information in internal systems. \- Ensure maintenance of pricing and commercial terms for customers. \- Support customer project tracking activities. \- Handle post-sales inquiries and collaborate in resolving incidents. \- Maintain a proactive and customer-oriented attitude at all times.
