#### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking to hire a **Data Scientist** for the Kidney Diseases research line to carry out data analysis using artificial intelligence.#### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and analyze data obtained from clinical trials in collaboration with the research team. * Perform the **duties of a data processing officer**, in accordance with current data protection regulations (GDPR and LOPDGDD). #### **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Biomedical Engineering. * English level B. * Knowledge of Python, R, and MATLAB. * Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques. * Proficiency in SQL and database management. * Experience in statistical analysis applied to biomedical data will be valued. * Experience in a research center or healthcare setting. * Personal skills: * **Ability to analyze and solve problems**. * **Critical and analytical thinking** to improve processes or outcomes. * **Creativity and initiative** to contribute innovative proposals. * Holding, or currently pursuing, a Master's degree in Advanced Biomedical Technologies will be valued. #### **WE OFFER** * Indefinite contract for scientific\-technical activities (Science Act 14/2011\). * Annual gross remuneration related to this position will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, paid in 12 installments. * 23 days of vacation \+ 5 personal days annually \+ 2 days for Holy Week \+ 2 days for Christmas. * Flexible compensation (childcare voucher \+ meal voucher). * Training capsules funded by the company. * Joining an excellent multidisciplinary research center with the HRS4R distinction. * Located at the Can Ruti Campus, a top\-level translational research environment in the Barcelona area, within a highly stimulating scientific setting.
