Description

Staff assume essential responsibilities within the garment production line, focusing on handling and final preparation tasks. Daily activities include correctly identifying each garment through labeling, bagging for protection and storage, and hanging for presentation and organization. A fundamental part of the job involves precisely locating and placing garments into their designated containers or storage systems, ensuring efficient workflow. Additionally, the role may involve garment ironing—a skill considered highly valuable for optimizing final product quality before shipment. The work environment is an industrial park, a space designed for large-scale logistics and manufacturing operations. This role is critical to maintaining quality standards and meeting the company's established production deadlines. The position requires meticulous attention to detail at every process step—from initial fabric handling to final packaging—directly contributing to the supply chain. Work is performed as part of a coordinated team, where communication and cooperation are key to achieving common goals of productivity and operational efficiency. This position offers a working schedule that may be organized into rotating shifts, covering morning and afternoon hours, or alternatively into a fixed night shift, depending on production needs.
