Retractable Forklift Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel for the night shift as a retractable forklift operator in Polinyà. The primary responsibility involves operating the retractable forklift to place and retrieve goods on high-rise shelving, ensuring well-organized inventory. It will also be necessary to supply production lines and prepare dispatch areas for day shifts, as well as perform loading and unloading of trucks and tasks related to stock control, picking, and maintaining order. The work takes place in a dynamic environment where responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to safety are highly valued. Prior experience in similar roles and availability for night shifts are required, as the schedule demands high concentration and autonomy. Communication with team members and supervisors is essential to maintain an efficient workflow. A base salary of €11.50 gross per hour is offered, plus a night shift premium of €1.37 gross, totaling €12.87 gross per hour. The schedule is fixed from Sunday to Thursday nights, with weekends off (Friday and Saturday). This position provides job stability within a solid project, offering favorable conditions and access to ongoing occupational risk prevention training. The location in Polinyà features excellent access by both private and public transport. Valid forklift operator license with officially accredited training, demonstrable experience of at least 1 year specifically operating retractable forklifts, availability to work the night shift from Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, responsible individual, attentive to detail, and oriented toward occupational safety. No specific academic qualifications required.
