We are seeking a Restaurant Floor Manager for a restaurant in the center of Seville. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of prior experience in the same position within restaurants, catering, and events. Experience managing high-capacity dining rooms, supervising large teams, and controlling inventory and orders will be especially valued. The candidate must be capable of managing the restaurant in the absence of the manager. A high level of English proficiency and extensive knowledge of both national and international wines are essential. The selected candidate will enjoy a permanent, full-time contract with a salary negotiable according to experience.
