We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with experience in Playwright or Selenium to participate in international projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. **What will you do?** You will be responsible for: * Designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests using Playwright or Selenium. * Defining and applying testing strategies based on reusable components and scalable testing approaches. * Ensuring application quality through a proactive testing and quality control approach. * Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders in Agile environments. * Participating in the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies. * Analyzing incidents, identifying risks, and proposing solutions that improve product quality. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 4 years of experience in test automation. * Demonstrable experience with tools such as Playwright or Selenium. * Knowledge of testing methodologies such as TMAP or ISTQB. * Experience working with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum or SAFe. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude focused on quality and continuous improvement. * Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders. * High level of English. * Availability to travel to the Netherlands 3–4 times per year. **Nice to have** * ISTQB or TMAP certifications. * Experience in complex, international corporate environments. * Participation in large-scale Agile transformation initiatives. * Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
