**What you will do:** * Deliver the **ultimate Miss Sophïe experience**, making every customer feel special * Assist with **visual merchandising** to keep our store beautiful and aligned with the brand * Support your team by maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of daily store operations * Develop deep product knowledge and a thorough understanding of our brand and business * Work **2–3 days per week**, **including Sundays** * Collaborate with our **marketing and online store teams** on events and e\-commerce support **What we are looking for:** * A person with strong **team spirit**, positive attitude, practical mindset, and self-motivation * Someone who brings **fresh ideas**, yet remains realistic and results-oriented * A person with excellent **attention to detail** and organizational skills * Someone with natural talent for **customer service**, reliability, flexibility, and collaboration * Passionate about **fashion** and our **brands** **Your profile:** * 2–3 years of experience in a **customer-focused sales environment**, ideally in the **fashion industry** * Fluent in **English and Spanish** (German is a plus) * Residing in Mallorca for **at least 4–6 months** * Experience in **events or e-commerce** will be viewed favorably Type of position: Part-time Salary: €11.00 per hour Workplace: On-site
