We are looking for a **Construction Planner** to join a large-scale industrial construction project. If you are passionate about industrial project planning and wish to become part of a dynamic team working on high-energy-impact projects, we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor project planning, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cross-departmental coordination. * Plan the trains of the raw material pretreatment unit and the wastewater treatment unit. * Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation installation for piping, ventilation, static and dynamic equipment, and structural steel erection. * Identify risks and develop alternative planning scenarios. * Integrate planning with resource and cost control. * Prepare progress reports (S-curves, milestones, KPIs). * Support documentation management and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. * Over 4 years’ experience in planning industrial construction or process plant projects. * Experience in site environments and multidisciplinary coordination. **What We Offer:** * Stability: Employment contract within a solid work environment with long-term projects. * Continuous training: Role-specific training programs supporting your professional development. * Flexible compensation: Includes transportation, cafeteria, medical insurance, childcare, and training. **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you will find more than just a job—you will find a place to grow.
