Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special emphasis on improving your language skills. **Your typical day will sound like this…** * Carry out customer service duties at the bar according to established protocols. * Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and beverages from the menu following prescribed recipes and presentation standards. * Ensure achievement of departmental goals, as well as compliance with critical processes and area staging, in line with established standards. * Receive, inform, and advise customers on the various products offered. * Take beverage orders and serve customer requests. * Process billing and collect payment from customers. * Assist in preparing bar service areas, including electronic devices for use and disconnecting them at the end of service. * Monitor and inspect materials required for proper performance of job functions. * Store received products and/or materials in designated areas and assist in restocking, collaborating with the barback. * Conduct available stock control. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Intermediate/Senior Vocational Training in Restaurant Services / Restaurant Management or equivalent. Training in Enology and Mixology. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within high-end restaurants or Michelin-starred establishments. English, B2 level. Other languages are valued.
