Description

The fischer Power-Fast II FPF II PTF BC is a fully threaded, blue-passivated galvanized screw with TX 20 drive. The electro-galvanizing process contains no hexavalent chromium and is therefore highly environmentally friendly. The screw with semicircular pan head cannot sink into wood. The Power-Fast II with high-performance wax coating reduces screwdriving torque and also enables screwing close to edges without any problem. The particleboard screw exhibits significantly reduced pull-through behavior compared to other commercially available screws. Fully threaded screws are recommended for fastening thin components and in less dense wood-based materials (e.g., softwoods). The continuous thread along the entire screw length ensures optimal power transmission. The screw with semicircular head is particularly suitable for metal-to-wood connections, for example when fastening metal fittings, angles or beam shoes.
