Driving automation, DevOps, and continuous improvement DESCRIPTION **KENOS Technology** is seeking a **Testing Delivery Manager** with strong leadership and strategic vision to ensure end‑to‑end testing service quality in complex, multicultural environments, leading large-scale programs and managing international stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and execute the business-aligned **testing strategy**. * Lead and scale teams of **functional QA, automation, performance, and QAOps**. * Manage multiple programs ensuring **SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs**. * Oversee **budgets, forecasting, and profitability (P\&L)**. * Manage risks and dependencies. * Executive point of contact for global clients and stakeholders. * Drive **automation, DevOps, and continuous improvement**.
