We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer Senior with at least 4 years of experience in software quality and test automation. The ideal candidate must be able to design, implement, and maintain efficient automation frameworks, as well as actively participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes within the team. Main Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Define and execute test strategies aimed at ensuring functional, technical, and performance quality of products. Prepare, organize, and optimize automated test suites, ensuring proper traceability and maintenance. Collaborate with development and product teams to proactively detect, analyze, and manage defects. Perform mobile testing, both manual and automated, ensuring quality across different devices and platforms. Execute and analyze performance tests, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Use platforms like BrowserStack for validation across multiple environments, devices, and browsers. Contribute to continuous process improvement by proposing practices, tools, and methodologies that enhance software quality. Document results, generate quality reports, and ensure proper communication of risks and findings. Essential Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in test automation. Solid experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (one or more). In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, defect management, and definition of test plans/cases. Experience in mobile testing (manual and automated). Knowledge of performance testing. Proficiency with tools such as BrowserStack. ISTQB certification (Foundation or higher). Analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and strong communication abilities. Desirable Qualifications Experience with CI/CD and executing tests in pipelines.
