Professional career development plan within the workshop area Agrimulsa, a leading company in the agricultural machinery sector, is recruiting a **Technical Service Advisor** for its workplace in Mula. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations within the workshop area, as well as coordinating and supervising the administrative and technical repair processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving machinery and conducting **initial fault assessment**, determining urgency level of interventions. * Preparing **repair estimates** and estimating delivery timelines. * Creating, managing, and tracking **work orders**. * Providing direct customer service throughout the entire process, including **delivery of repaired machinery**, accompanied by appropriate technical explanations. * Continuous coordination with the technical team. * Administrative management of service operations: * Invoicing of repairs * Processing **manufacturer warranties (New Holland)** * Monitoring workshop staff attendance records * Using IT tools and workshop management software. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year’s experience in after-sales or technical service roles**. * Knowledge of **mechanics**. * Experience in the **agricultural sector or heavy machinery** will be valued. * Excellent **customer service and communication skills**. * Strong organizational ability and results orientation. * Proficiency in IT tools, especially **Excel and workshop management software**. **Offered** * Full-time continuous shift schedule, rotating. * Opportunity to join an established company in the agricultural sector. * **Official New Holland continuous training**, tailored to the position. * Professional career development plan within the workshop area. * Social benefits. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience provided.
