This role is responsible for designing and scaling automated test solutions, improving release confidence, and partnering closely with Development, Product Management, Architecture, and Support to ensure high\-quality delivery across new features, customer\-driven fixes, and existing product areas. The ideal candidate brings strong automation and coding skills, a systems\-level testing mindset, and experience validating enterprise applications that integrate with cloud platforms, document repositories, and policy\-driven workflows. This engineer will play a key role in identifying quality risks early, improving testability across the product, and helping the team make informed release decisions.\&\#xa;\&\#xa; **WHAT YOU'LL DO** * Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites across functional, integration, regression, and end\-to\-end scenarios. * Define risk\-based test strategies for new features, architectural changes, customer escalations, and high\-impact defect fixes. * Validate enterprise workflows involving policy enforcement, document handling, and integrations with cloud and content\-management ecosystems. * Partner with developers and architects to improve product testability, observability, and automation coverage early in the development lifecycle. * Investigate complex customer\-reported issues, support root\-cause analysis, and convert critical learnings into repeatable automated coverage where practical. * Improve release confidence by strengthening regression coverage, triaging automation failures, and providing clear quality signal for milestone and release readiness. * Review product requirements, technical designs, customer use cases, and support trends to identify high\-risk scenarios, edge cases, and coverage gaps. * Contribute to CI/CD quality practices by integrating automated validation into build and release pipelines. * Recommend and implement improvements to test tooling, environments, and overall quality engineering practices. * Generate and communicate quality metrics, trends, and readiness insights to engineering and product stakeholders. * Mentor peers and contribute to a culture where quality is built into design and development, not only validated at the end. \&\#xa;\&\#xa; **QUALIFICATIONS** * 5\+ years of experience in software test engineering, quality engineering, or software quality assurance. * 3\+ years of hands\-on experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks and test tooling. * Strong programming experience in Python and C\#, with solid understanding of object\-oriented design and maintainable automation patterns. * Experience testing complex enterprise applications across web, API, client/server, and integration\-heavy architectures. * Hands\-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar technologies. * Experience validating workflows involving cloud\-hosted systems and enterprise productivity platforms. * Experience testing integrations with enterprise document repositories such as SharePoint, Box, Dropbox, and OneDrive. * Experience managing large\-scale automated test execution, investigating failures, and efficiently triaging results. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Zephyr Scale, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, Git, and SQL\-based systems. * Experience working in agile development environments with close collaboration across engineering and product teams. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently on complex problems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience testing software deployed in AWS environments. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated quality gates into release workflows. * Experience with API, service\-layer, and integration testing in distributed systems. * Familiarity with performance, reliability, and scalability testing practices. * Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages for test tooling and environment automation. * Experience with virtualization and hosted test environments, including VMware, Hyper\-V, and cloud\-based environments. * Exposure to containerized environments and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience reproducing and isolating customer issues in complex enterprise deployments. * Experience testing security\-focused, policy\-driven, or compliance\-oriented enterprise software. * ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
