Recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation, the company seeks to strengthen its Ibiza team with a Senior Technical Architect. **Responsibilities:** * Participation in executive projects, with responsibility for defining construction details, measurements, and budgets. * Assume responsibility for construction execution management and health & safety coordination for the company’s real estate development projects. * Pay special attention to all required documentation, forms, and reports—including licenses, permits, and certifications—from land acquisition through to handover of residential units to buyers. * Responsible for implementation, monitoring, and final documentation regarding Quality and As-Built deliverables: drawings, warranties and certificates, safety plans, Building Logbook, and Maintenance Manuals. * Hybrid work arrangement between office (e.g., executive project work, document control) and site (e.g., monitoring, weekly site visits). Requirements * University degree in Senior Technical Architecture or related field. * Registered with the relevant professional association and legally qualified to assume responsibilities for Construction Management and Health & Safety Coordination. * Minimum 10 years’ verifiable experience in the above-mentioned roles. * A Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is highly desirable.
