At **G+D Mobile Security**, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are seeking a **Senior Process Engineer** to join our team in Barcelona. This person will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale, group-wide process initiatives, ensuring smooth handover to business and service teams. **Your tasks/responsibilities** ------------------------------- * Manage and deliver large, group-wide process-related initiatives, including handover to business units and Group Services for implementation. * Design, analyze, and optimize end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput. * Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks through data analysis and observation. * Develop and implement process improvements, including workflow optimization and standardization. * Support business units/divisions in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, IT, Process experts) to drive improvements. * Support automation and digitalization initiatives, including integration of new AI/technologies and systems. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **Your profile** ---------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, or a similar role. * Experience in process analysis and optimization. * Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in process mapping, process modeling, and data analysis. * Good project management and organizational skills. * Effective communication and collaboration abilities. * Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused attitude. * Very good English skills; German would be a plus. **What’s great about working with us:** --------------------------------------- * **Culture and diversity:** Join a people-oriented environment with diverse nationalities and strong team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone communicates directly with everyone).
