At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for an experienced **Senior Manual Tester** to join one of our teams. **What would your role be?** * Development of test plans and design of test cases. * Execution of manual tests, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or similar. * Identification, documentation, and reporting of defects. **Your profile** * 2\-3 years of experience with Quality Assurance methodologies and V\&V processes. * Experience analyzing documentation and working in highly traceable environments. * Design and execution of functional test plans and test cases. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher, and Spanish at B2 level or native. Desirable requirements * Familiarity with test management and requirements traceability tools—preferably DOORS, TFS, or similar (e.g., Jira/Xray, HP QC, Microfocus, etc.). * Prior experience in regulated industries (aerospace or defense preferred). * QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSQA, CMMI, etc.). * Ability to collaborate on continuous QA process improvement. * Organizational and coordination skills for task prioritization. * Experience managing test environments and testing processes. * Knowledge of regulations and standards (e.g., DO\-278A, ISO 9001, IEC 29119, etc.).
