At MBC, we continue to grow and are now looking for **two Senior Scrum Masters** to support the **Receivables Finance Tech \& Engineering** area — one in Madrid and one in Málaga. **About MBC** May Business Consulting is an international consulting firm offering advisory services in digital transformation, change management, efficiency, and control. We work on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs, and startups. **About the Role** We seek **Senior Scrum Master** profiles with experience **supporting multiple technology squads in complex Global Transaction Banking environments**, with a particular focus on **Working Capital and Receivables Finance**. **Responsibilities:** * Act as **servant leader for multiple Tech \& Engineering squads** within the Receivables Finance domain. * **Identify, take ownership of, and remove impediments impacting delivery**, whether technical, organizational, or dependency-related. * Support teams’ day-to-day execution beyond formal agile ceremonies. * Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives), always focusing on outcomes and effectiveness. * Support Product Owners in backlog preparation, prioritization, flow, and dependency management. * Use **delivery metrics** as signals to improve predictability and flow. * Support squads in adopting **AI-native ways of working**, promoting automation, rapid experimentation, and responsible use of AI tools. * Manage cross-squad dependencies and coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Delivery Managers, and Engineering Leads. * Escalate risks and impediments early, proposing concrete mitigation actions. * Drive continuous improvement and team health through impactful retrospectives. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **Scrum Master supporting multiple technology teams**. * Solid background in **Global Transaction Banking (GTB)** or similar banking domains. * Knowledge of **Working Capital / Receivables Finance** is highly valued. * Experience in Tech \& Engineering environments (development, QA, data, platform teams). * Exposure to data-driven products, automation, or advanced analytics in delivery contexts. * Demonstrated ability to proactively remove impediments and manage dependencies. **Nice-to-have:** * A service-oriented mindset and genuine focus on team success. * Proactive, hands-on attitude and comfort operating beyond traditional role boundaries. * Results orientation over frameworks or KPIs. * Excellent communication and influence skills across business and technology. * Resilience and composure in complex and regulated environments. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Participation in strategic projects within an international and highly innovative environment. * Opportunity to contribute to the evolution toward AI-native squads in the financial sector. * Language classes. * Hybrid work model. **Location:** **1 position in Madrid and 1 position in Málaga – hybrid model**
