This is an excellent opportunity for a **Salesforce Marketing Cloud \& Data Cloud Lead** who wishes to engage in international projects, helping our clients maximize the value of their digital marketing and data management platforms. We seek a candidate with experience in **Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud**, **capable of combining functional vision and technical expertise to lead initiatives, coordinate teams, and manage AMS services.** This position requires a **high level of English** (B2/C1\) and experience working with international clients. **Your Role:** ----------- * **Lead the planning, tracking, and coordination of initiatives** **related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.** * Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions aligned with their business objectives. * **Coordinate AMS services**, ensuring proper tracking of incidents, enhancements, priorities, and service-level agreements. * Participate in the functional definition and execution of campaigns, audience segmentation, customer journeys, and customer activation strategies. * **Collaborate with technical and functional teams** to ensure correct implementation of new features and integrations. * **Oversee the quality of implemented solutions**, promoting best practices in marketing automation, data management, and customer experience. **Your Profile:** -------------- * **Solid experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud**, especially in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, AMPscript, SSJS, and APIs. * Experience working with **Salesforce Data Cloud**, including Data Streams, Identity Resolution, segmentation, audiences, and activations. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and prior experience in Data Cloud or equivalent CDP platforms. * Advanced knowledge of SQL, integrations, and consumption of REST/SOAP APIs. * **Experience in Ecommerce ecosystems**, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, SAP Commerce, or VTEX. * Experience with tools like Git, Jira, Confluence, Postman, Copado, or Gearset. * **Ability to technically lead initiatives**, communicate effectively with clients, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in international environments. * **High level of English (B2/C1\)**, both spoken and written. **What Can We Offer You?** --------------------------- * Opportunity to join a technology pioneer in Granada. * Continuous technical and competency-based training. * Permanent employment contract with a career development plan. * Social benefits. * Work-life balance enabled by flexibility and remote work options, social benefits, and financial bonuses for certifications.
