Job Summary: We are seeking a Spare Parts Manager to oversee the spare parts warehouse, ensure part availability and quality, and optimize processes in a workshop. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of the automotive spare parts warehouse. 2. Negotiation with suppliers and inventory optimization. 3. Team leadership and advisory support to customers and staff. We are looking for a person to take charge of the spare parts department in a workshop. The primary mission will be to manage the vehicle spare parts warehouse, ensuring that required parts are always available, meet quality standards, and have properly documented origins. Responsibilities will include detailed inventory control, establishing optimal stock levels, and minimizing both part shortages and obsolete stock. Purchasing activities will also be managed, including negotiation with suppliers to secure the best prices and delivery terms, and processing orders to meet all requirements. Additionally, advisory support and assistance will be provided to both customers and workshop staff, helping identify correct part references and resolving any issues related to spare parts. The team responsible for this area will be coordinated, with supervision of tasks and promotion of an organized and efficient working environment. All documentation associated with part receipts and dispatches, as well as warranties and returns, will be managed, maintaining a clear record for each component. The objective is to optimize processes, enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. A full-time temporary contract is offered, totaling 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts. Working hours will be either from 8:00 to 16:30 or from 10:00 to 19:00, Monday through Friday, plus Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Knowledge of warehouse and spare parts management in the automotive sector. * Computer skills: Proficiency in workshop and warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS), with ability to record and analyze stock and consumption data. * Competencies: leadership, team coordination, customer orientation, communication skills (for interaction with workshop, sales, and customers), analytical thinking and decision-making, proactivity, commitment. * Driving license category C is desirable. * A vehicle is required for commuting. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. Vocational or technical training in Logistics, Commerce, Automotive Engineering, Administration, or equivalent.
