Internal development with potential for continuity JOB DESCRIPTION We seek a candidate who wishes to be the first point of contact for our clinic, providing high-quality, attentive care to our patients. **Position Conditions** * Part-time schedule: 26 hours per week * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, plus one morning shift per week (Tuesday or Friday) from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM * Salary: €925 gross/month * Contract: 1-year duration, with potential for continuity and internal development * Vacation time in August * Official online training provided by the company **Main Responsibilities** * Patient reception and assistance * Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment coordination * Administrative support (filing, documentation, and scheduling) * Providing information about treatments and supporting promotional activities * Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area REQUIREMENTS * Currently unemployed * Beneficiary of the Youth Guarantee program * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service or a similar role * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a receptionist * Strong communication skills and customer orientation * Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team * Proficiency in digital tools and management software * Organizational skills and adaptability
