At AGH Ibérica, we are looking for a **QA Technical Manager** profile to join one of our clients in the *security sector*. **What is required for this position?** * Monitoring and analysis of bugs for new products and services, aiming to identify deviations and areas for improvement. * Real-time root cause identification using debugging tools and data analysis, implementing actions to reduce critical points. * Tracking product performance, as well as providing support to technical teams in understanding errors and evolutions. * Monitoring various KPIs to help assess the proper functioning of the portfolio and propose improvement actions. * Analysis and preparation of technical and executive reports, and execution of related action plans. **Requirements** **:** * At least 5 years of prior experience. * Knowledge of IoT devices and/or network operators. * English: fluent level (B2\-C1\), as you will be working in an international environment and project.
