In this role, you will work directly with the Purchasing Manager on key procurement activities such as managing purchase orders (POs) and ensuring data accuracy and quality. You will also contribute to data enrichment and process improvement, supporting the efficiency and reliability of purchasing operations. **Your Role** ----------------------- Main Responsibilities: * Support the Purchasing Manager in supplier relations, evaluations, and inventory control. * Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders (POs) in Microsoft Navision or similar ERP systems. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchasing-related data in the company’s internal systems. * Collaborate in the assessment of supplier and market data to optimize purchasing decisions. * Participate in data enrichment processes to improve the quality of purchasing analyses and reports. * Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient purchasing processes. **What We Are Looking For** ------------------------- Competencies: * Meticulous and organized in handling data. * Ability to solve problems and manage priorities. * Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams. * Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Proven experience working with Microsoft Navision (highly valued). * Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus. * Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement-related role is advantageous. * Competent level of English. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred). **Our Commitment:** asmodee's purpose is to Bring People Together.
