Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise project execution, controlling timelines, costs, and client satisfaction across all phases and involved departments. Key Highlights: 1. Manages projects from the preliminary mechanical design phase through to on-site installation at the client. 2. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers. 3. Serves as a key liaison in client relations and economic project control. **Job Mission:** Coordinate and supervise project execution—ensuring adherence to timelines, cost control, and client satisfaction—for all assigned projects, following existing Lear procedures. **Job Description** 1\. Receive the assigned project during its Preliminary Mechanical Design phase; plan its execution in coordination with Commercial Engineers. 2\. Coordinate the work of various departments involved in each project across all phases: Commercial Engineers, Mechanical Designers, Electrical Designers, Automation Programmers, Purchasing, and Assembly. This requires the Project Manager to possess in-depth knowledge of project nuances. 3\. Jointly with the Workshop Manager, assign and organize personnel (Workshop, Assembly, and Automation Programmers) participating in the project’s execution, considering the project’s specific characteristics and optimal cost-efficiency. 4\. Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation designs for projects requiring such oversight. 5\. Supervise machine assembly in the workshop, resolving questions and addressing any issues that may arise. 6\. Identify and engage external suppliers, where necessary, for subcontracting electrical assembly work at the client’s facility. 7\. Monitor machine installation at the client’s plant, supervising adherence to schedules and quality of execution. 8\. Perform economic control of the project. 9\. Review and monitor work reports submitted by assembly technicians involved in supervised projects, authorizing overtime during the on-site assembly phase at the client’s facility. 10\. Serve as the liaison between the client and the Company, both during project development and when handling client requests for modifications or revisions to the original project scope. 11\. Supervise warranty-period maintenance for machines covered under projects directed by the individual. **Requirements** General Education: Industrial Technical Engineer or equivalent degree, preferably in automation or related fields. Specific Education: Electricity, Mechanics, Robotics. Technical knowledge and experience in project management within the industry sector. Experience in problem resolution. 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in other roles (e.g., Quality, Automation, etc.) involving direct client interaction. Proficiency in Spanish and English communication. Leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and ability to interact effectively with clients. Ability to manage project economics and control costs
