Join Aldesa and grow with us!** **Location**: Huelva **Position**: Quality Manager (Oil \& Gas) At **Aldesa**, every day is an opportunity to learn, innovate, and overcome new challenges. We are seeking a **Quality Manager for a biodiesel plant construction project**, currently under development in Huelva. **Your responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive coordination and supervision:** Lead the on-site implementation of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan across all disciplines (Civil Works, Structural Steel, Static/Rotating Equipment, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation). * **Inspection and Test Plan (ITP/PPI) management:** Develop, review, and supervise compliance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) of various contractors and subcontractors in the field. * **Documentation and Quality Dossier control:** Manage quality-related documentation flow on site, control material certificates, ensure traceability, and progressively compile the *As\-Built* documentation and the Final Project Dossier (*Data Book*). * **Non-Conformance (NC) management:** Identify, record, and track Non-Conformances and corrective/preventive actions on site until final closure. * **Audits and contractor supervision:** Conduct continuous field inspections and periodic audits of contracting companies to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable regulations. * **Multidisciplinary coordination:** Serve as the direct interface with Site Management, Engineering, HSE, and the end client to resolve technical deviations on site and ensure smooth project execution. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Industrial, Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification (valued). * **Experience:** Minimum 8 years of on-site quality control/assurance experience in large-scale industrial projects (Oil \& Gas, Chemical, Energy or Biofuels). * **Regulatory knowledge:** Extensive familiarity with international construction and inspection standards (ASME, API, ISO 9001, Eurocodes, CE Marking, and local building/installation regulations). * **Inspection management:** Proven experience managing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), concrete/geotechnical testing, and pressure/tightness tests. * **Personal competencies:** Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate with contractors, strong on-site leadership, and analytical rigor to resolve problems *in situ*. **What we offer:** * **Stability**: Employment contract within a solid work environment and long-term projects. * **Continuous training**: Tailored training programs aligned with your role and professional development. * **Flexible compensation**: Includes transportation, cafeteria, private health insurance, childcare support, and training. * **Pension plan**, in accordance with the Construction Collective Agreement. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
