At **Proinsermant**, dedicated to developing comprehensive luxury smart home projects on the Costa del Sol with over 40 years of experience delivering services, we are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support the HR Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various personnel administration processes, as well as supporting talent selection and development activities. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Labor Procedures:** Carry out administrative tasks related to employees’ employment status, including onboarding, offboarding, contract modifications, management of fixed-term discontinuous contracts, coordination with occupational health insurers, assisting during labor inspections, etc. Direct contact with staff to resolve queries and manage requests… Daily attendance tracking, absence management, timekeeping control, and resolution of incidents related to the timekeeping system. * **Hiring:** Participate in the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding of new team members. * **Personnel Selection:** Collaborate in candidate selection, including job posting, initial screening, and recruitment. * **Administrative Tasks:** Perform administrative duties related to file management, contracts, and labor documentation. * **Payroll:** Collect information regarding monthly variable data and assist in payroll processing; payroll operations are outsourced to an external advisory firm. **We are looking for a candidate with the following competencies and skills:** * Vocational training (FP) or university degree, preferably in human resources, psychology, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of labor relations, personnel selection, and payroll administration. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office or similar) and HR ERP systems. * Service-oriented, committed, and responsible individual. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve incidents. * Teamwork capabilities. * Discretion and confidentiality. **Conditions:** * Permanent position with an initial temporary contract, followed by an indefinite-term contract. * Part-time contract, morning shifts, with potential transition to full-time. * Flexible working hours and telecommuting options.
