What we expect * Manage, operate, and continuously enhance the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform * Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external vendors; manage implementation partners * Ensure system stability, performance, and security * Analyze business processes and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD workflows * Define and maintain the service and demand backlog (demand management) * Coordinate releases, updates, and upgrades of the platform * Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs, driving continuous process improvement * Advise HR departments on digital HR services, automation, and best practices Who we are looking for * Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification * Several years of ServiceNow HRSD functional and technical experience * Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (HR Service Delivery essential, ITSM and APP Engine a plus) * Experience in stakeholder management and vendor/partner coordination * Solid understanding of HR processes and digital HR solutions ( e.g. SuccessFactors) * Analytical mindset, strong problem\-solving skills, and proactive approach * Excellent communication skills in English \- B2 (German is a plus) * First (Agentic) AI ServiceNow experiences What we offer * Secure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry and an attractive compensation package * Social benefits and an attractive work calendar. * Teamwork \& safety – an open, transparent, and value\-oriented culture * Individualized training plan from your very first day. * TK Elevator is a company with an open, transparent culture that focuses on the people who make it up.
