We’re looking for people who are curious, driven, and eager to take ownership in solving complex, high\-impact problems. **Location:** Madrid \- Gran Vía area **Work model:** First 6 months fully in the office, then hybrid with 4 days from home **Salary:** €26,000–€32,000 gross/year \+ annual performance bonus **Schedule:** Monday–Friday \| 09:00–18:00 Join a company that’s scaling properly. We are a strong, revenue\-generating business in an exciting scaling phase expanding operations, improving systems, and building long\-term foundations. Now we’re looking for a **Finance Controller** who wants to grow with us. If you’ve worked in the accounting department of an international company and want more ownership, more exposure, and more impact this is your step up. **What you’ll be doing** * Own day\-to\-day accounting operations * Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping * Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close * Prepare and support reliable financial statements (P\&L, Balance Sheet) * Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts * Handle VAT and tax filings * Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash\-flow planning * Improve reporting clarity and financial visibility * We use Xero (it’s good if you know it, but it’s not necessary) * Solid Excel skills. **What we’re looking for** * 5\+ years’ experience in accounting * **Experience in an international working environment (must\-have)** * Strong foundation in accounting, reporting, taxation, and legal matters * Advanced Excel * Fluent Spanish and **professional level in English is a must** * Digital marketing industry experience is a plus but NOT essential. * Most importantly, you’re comfortable operating in a structured environment where deadlines matter, details matter, and quality matters.
