Additionally, the department is responsible for managing urban planning aspects and developing corporate energy infrastructures. **Responsibilities:** * **Design and Engineering of Facilities** * Development of conceptual designs and technical definition of testing laboratories and specialized test cells * Preparation of technical and functional specifications for facilities * **Construction Project Management** * Full direction and supervision of construction works for new laboratories * Cost control * Ensuring adherence to schedules and established planning * Supervision and quality control throughout all construction phases Occasionally participate in international projects for foreign clients.
