DESCRIPTION BEIGAR, a technology consulting firm specializing in building high-performance teams and serving as a strategic partner for Public Administration projects, is seeking a **Data-Oriented Testing Analyst** to join a key project within the General Comptroller’s Office of the State Administration (**IGAE**). This is a position with direct impact on **data quality, reliability, and consistency** in critical systems, operating within a highly structured and stable environment. We seek a candidate with experience in data analysis and testing, capable of working with complex information models, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring data quality through the design and execution of tests. You will play a key role in information system validation, collaborating within a technical environment where data is the central focus. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Analysis and review of data models in information systems. * Design and development of test cases focused on data validation. * Execution of tests on datasets using specialized tools (IDEA or similar). * Identification of inconsistencies and validation of coherence across different systems. * Analysis of results and preparation of technical and executive reports. * Development of supporting utilities via scripting (Python or similar). * Participation in continuous improvement processes for data quality. ### **What We Offer** * Integration into a strategic project within the Public Administration. * Job stability in a long-term project. * Specialized environment for data analysis and data quality. * On-site assignment at the end client in Madrid (Plaza de Castilla area). * Hybrid work model with partial flexibility: * On-site days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00 to 14:30. * Flexible start time (as early as 7:00\) * Compensation: €27\.000 gross annual salary. REQUIREMENTS * University degree in ICT (issued or officially recognized in Spain). * Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in data analysis and testing. * Experience understanding, analyzing, and reviewing data models. * Experience executing data tests using analytical tools (IDEA or similar). * Experience designing test cases focused on data quality. * Experience analyzing results and preparing reports. * Experience developing utilities via scripting (Python or similar). ### **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in information systems auditing or control environments. * Familiarity with additional data analysis tools. * Prior experience in public sector projects.
