Summary: Seeking a proactive and analytical CRM professional to coordinate, execute, and optimize customer communication campaigns across various channels, focusing on innovation and flawless customer experience. Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across departments **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate creation, execution \& launch of EDM/PUSH/SMS campaigns that deliver a flawless customer experience through the App, site and landing pages. Understanding the role and characteristics of different communications channels. * Drive innovative ideas and solutions in response to customer needs and changing market conditions. * Design, execute and evaluate Test \& Learn experiments to optimize campaign performance. * Provide regular communication with stakeholders, such as the broader marketing team, sales team, country leads and product team. * Ensure emails follow organization policies and best practices. * Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features. * Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. * B2 level of English or higher. * Experience with Power BI or Google Analytics. * Experience managing and leading CRM projects. * Experience with email marketing platforms and database segmentation. **Desirable Skills:** * 2/3 years’ experience in EDM/PUSH/SMS marketing campaigns with a proven track record working with App/site. * Strong understanding of EDM/PUSH/SMS principles, triggered email campaign, testing and performance optimization. * Expertise in email deliverability (strategies, technology, partnerships, content…). * Analytical mind to understand our databases segments and how to build them.
