We are seeking a **Corrective Maintenance Assistant** to support our Corrective Maintenance team in the coordination, monitoring and reporting of incidents affecting PV assets. This is a **junior role** designed for candidates with **0–2 years of experience**, ideally with a background in engineering, operations or technical/analytical roles. *Responsibilities* Support the **management and coordination** of corrective maintenance activities following client and QE internal guidelines. Ensure that **incident records** are completed accurately and in line with QE requirements. Assist in **process improvement initiatives**, such as standardising O\&M quotes and implementing best practices to achieve value for money. Escalate incidents or cases according to team procedures and workload capacity. Support **basic trend analysis** to: * Identify spares requirements. * Detect improvement opportunities to reduce lost production. Liaise with **O\&M contractors** for follow\-up of corrective actions. Communicate with other **internal QE teams** involved in operational processes. Assist in **budget preparation** related to corrective maintenance tasks. Contribute to **monthly reporting** activities.
