




Job Summary: We are seeking a senior profile to supervise, coordinate, and operationally improve three centers, ensuring service quality, optimizing resources, and leading teams. Key Points: 1. Autonomy and responsibility in management SERAL, a collective catering company, is selecting a senior professional with a solid background in professional cooking and experience in collective catering environments, who will be responsible for the supervision, coordination, and operational improvement of three work centers. The selected candidate will play a key role in guaranteeing service quality, optimizing resources, and leading kitchen teams. Main Responsibilities: Supervision and coordination of the three assigned centers Organization and leadership of kitchen teams Quality control and compliance with company standards Planning of balanced and service-adapted menus Cost control, recipe costing, and resource optimization Management of orders, suppliers, and stock control Implementation and monitoring of HACCP protocols Proposal of operational and service improvements Requirements: Minimum 5\-10 years of experience in professional cooking Previous experience in collective catering and/or management of multiple centers Demonstrable leadership and team management capabilities Knowledge of cost control and profitability Culinary training (desirable) Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile Availability for travel between centers Offer: Permanent contract Full-time position (40 hours per week) Stable project within a growing company Competitive salary commensurate with experience Autonomy and responsibility in management Salary: €16\.000,00\-€18\.000,00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
