Passion for cooking, teamwork, and commitment to product quality will be highly valued. The goal is to integrate into a stable project with professional growth opportunities. A minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen positions is required. Although not mandatory, specialized culinary training is considered an advantage. Responsibilities include menu creation, inventory control, mise en place preparation, maintenance of quality standards, and ensuring an organized and clean working environment. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with split shifts covering lunch and dinner services. Rest periods will rotate. Additionally, there are opportunities for professional advancement and remuneration based on the Hospitality Collective Agreement, supplemented by bonuses for reviews and a group health insurance policy.
