




Job Summary: Grupo Canaauto is seeking an After-Sales Service Advisor to provide comprehensive, high-quality customer service in the after-sales area, managing vehicle reception, service coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction. At Grupo Canaauto, we are looking to hire a Service Advisor for our dealership located in Gran Canaria. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, high-quality customer service in the after-sales department, efficiently managing vehicle reception, coordinating maintenance and repair services, and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as compliance with company standards. Responsibilities: * Receive vehicles and provide personalized service to customers. * Diagnose customer needs and communicate them to the technical team. * Prepare estimates and work orders. * Monitor repair status and inform customers of progress. * Coordinate vehicle delivery while ensuring service quality. * Manage appointments and workshop scheduling. * Process warranty claims and administrative documentation. * Resolve customer incidents and complaints. * Promote additional service sales (maintenance, inspections, etc.). Requirements: * Intermediate or advanced vocational training (e.g., Automotive Technician, Industrial Technician) * Prior experience as a technician * Long-term experience as a Service Advisor is desirable * Experience and familiarity with digital tools (ERP, CRM, Office) * Valid driving license category B * Basic mechanical knowledge * Familiarity with warranty processes and industry regulations Employment Type: Temporary contract Work Location: On-site employment
