We are seeking an **IT/OT Communications Engineer** for our Technology Strategy & Transformation team. **About the project** You will participate in a strategic, comprehensive IT/OT architecture redesign project across multiple airports, covering analysis of existing networks, new IT/OT segmentation, structured cabling deployment, network migrations, and definition of the future architecture. **Your mission** You will serve as the PMO reference for communications, ensuring network activities are executed in accordance with design, regulations, and scheduling—without performing technical configurations directly. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the analysis of current networks across various airports: * + Segments, devices, services, and critical dependencies. + Equipment inventories and IP addressing. * Plan and oversee structured cabling deployment: * + Verification of compliance with ISO 11801 and EIA/TIA\-568 (A and B). + Supervision of vendor-performed work. * Ensure proper physical and logical IT/OT separation: * + Validation of segmentation designs. + Compliance with IEC 62443 and ENS. * Coordinate implementation of the new IP addressing scheme: * + Tracking execution by technical teams. + Risk and dependency management. * Supervise connectivity testing and validation of critical services. * Review and validate technical documentation and AUTOCAD drawings: * + Physical and logical architecture. + Cable routing, racks, and IT/OT segmentation. * Act as liaison between: * + Communications technical teams + Systems and OT teams + Project management and client * Report project progress, risks, and deviations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. * \+5 years of experience in communications infrastructure projects. * Experience in technical management, coordination, or supervision (PMO, ATCV, technical coordination). * Solid knowledge of: * + Communications networks and structured cabling. + IT/OT segmentation and critical environments. * Ability to interpret and validate technical designs and AUTOCAD drawings. * Proficient use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint. * English proficiency level B2\. **What we offer?** Wellbeing and personal benefits * Wellbeing HUB: includes policies and initiatives for physical health (Wellhub) and mental health. * Life and Accident Insurance. * Bankinter branch offering special conditions. * EY Flex Flexible Compensation Plan (transportation, training, meal card, childcare, etc.). **Flexibility and work-life balance** * Hybrid work and flexibility aligned with project needs. **Professional development** * Continuous learning through EY University, with personalized learning paths. * Career development plan to support annual growth within the firm. * Personalized support: you’ll be assigned a Buddy and a Counselor throughout your journey. **Culture and work environment** * Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. * Opportunity to collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams. * Expand your professional network in a diverse and enriching context. **Social commitment** * Social impact initiatives led by the EY Foundation. **\#LI\-HYBRID**
