Key responsibilities include negotiating economic terms and rebates with the workshop network, resolving incidents related to processes and roadside assistance, and monitoring service agreements. Periodic meetings and on-site visits are also conducted to strengthen relationships with suppliers, and collaboration with the finance department is required. An annual gross salary between €22,000 and €25,000 is offered, plus an 8% variable component, flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday (start time between 8:00 and 9:30, end time between 16:30 and 18:00), and an intensive work schedule on Fridays and during summer. At least 1.5 years of experience in administrative, commercial, technical, remarketing, or supplier management roles is required. A minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or vocational training is mandatory; university studies are considered an advantage. Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills, customer orientation, and the ability to resolve incidents are essential.
