Are you ready to grow your career with us? * Compensation based on merit and competencies * Stable incorporation into a sector-leading company. * Private health insurance (mutua) * Flexible compensation * You will join a pleasant work environment with a committed team, where our values are integrity, collaboration, courage and excellence. **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Mission:** Commissioning of company equipment. **Main duties and responsibilities:** * Maintenance of forklift trucks (repair, periodic inspections, modifications). * Commissioning of machines for demonstration, STR, and used units. * Repair of customer machines with direct delivery to the workshop. * Repair of external machines. * Supervise customer orientation (needs, questions, usage advice, etc.). * Comply with all organizational health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures. * Complete all administrative tasks associated with the position within established deadlines. * Prepare reports on technical deficiencies identified that affect—or could affect—the safe operation of vehicles. * Properly use, maintain, and safeguard all tools, equipment, materials, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the company. * Manage spare parts and material inventory correctly. * Report incident openings and closings—as well as any other incidents that may arise—via the designated application. Propose improvements to processes and working methods. * **Education, Knowledge & Experience:** Intermediate or advanced vocational training (Mechatronics or similar), EGB / ESO or equivalent, or at least 1 year of experience in the sector as a Maintenance Technician / Repair Technician. * Non-regulated Training / Languages / Specific Knowledge: * MS Office proficiency is desirable. * Occupational Health and Safety training for the metal industry (20 hours, in-person). If not already held, we will provide internal training. * Valid front-end and reach truck operator license. If not already held, we will provide internal training. English language proficiency at reading and writing level is desirable.
