Since 2016, we have also been authorized distributors in Spain for the distribution of engines, sale of spare parts, and comprehensive product coverage through services: maintenance, repairs, warranties, project developments… Thanks to the support received from other companies within the group, we are able to provide service and advice to our customers covering the complete machine: hydraulics, electronics, transmissions, … Our headquarters located in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) serve as the central hub of our business, providing support to existing branches in Murcia and Barcelona. **Main Responsibilities** The main responsibilities of the Workshop Manager / Supervisor are: * On one hand, attending and resolving technical inquiries received by the after-sales department from OEMs, Dealers, SPS technicians or end customers, * Incident management, from opening to closure. * Managing and planning technical staff according to priorities and needs. * Supplier management. * Workshop organization. * Monitoring work progress and deadlines. * Tracking KPIs and Perkins standards. * Actively promoting the sale of services and products. The Workshop Manager / Supervisor performs their duties via email or phone, recording all incoming requests and ensuring customer and technical support meet Perkins' standards. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Solid technical knowledge and experience in diesel engines, preferably with technical training or demonstrable experience * Experience in after-sales service and/or warranty management. * Good command of English is required (B2) * Organized, diplomatic, customer-oriented and rigorous * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers. * Problem-solving mindset. * Team leadership skills.
