Job Summary: We are seeking a Wholesale Assistant with experience in fashion to manage multi-brand orders, coordinate the sales network, and support sales administration and analysis. As a ***Wholesale Assistant***, you will be a key player in managing our multi-brand channel. We seek a candidate with 2–3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the fashion industry, who brings order, methodology, and deep knowledge of commercial dynamics with agents and representatives. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Manage and process **multi-brand channel orders**. * Coordinate communication and requirements with our **network of sales agents**. * Expand the sales network internationally. * Review commercial terms, pricing, and ensure their correct application. * Monitor invoicing and support accounts receivable control. * Prepare commercial reports and conduct basic sales analysis. * Perform accounting support tasks such as basic reconciliations and administrative management. **Requirements** -------------- * **1–3 years of prior experience in the Wholesale / Multi-brand channel within the fashion industry.** * Experience working directly with sales agents and representatives. * Knowledge of accounting (invoicing, collections, and reconciliation). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Methodical, organized profile with the ability to manage high workloads during campaign peaks. * Advanced English proficiency. **Benefits** -------------- * Active participation in financial closing processes and strategic decision-making. * **Flexible working hours** for start and end times.
