We offer attractive weekend opportunities for the Sales/Customer Service position at our vehicle rental office in Úbeda. The person in this role will efficiently deliver vehicle rental services (both at time of vehicle delivery and return), adhering to company-approved policies and procedures. They will facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all required customer information. Furthermore, they will perform their duties while considering customer needs and in accordance with our quality standards.### **Responsibilities** * Rent, deliver, and collect vehicles * Monitor fleet movement in and out of the branch * Process and manage all forms * Finalize rental contracts * Address customer inquiries at the counter * Manage cash drawer funds * Carefully screen customers * Inspect vehicle condition upon return, verifying documentation and accessories### **Qualifications** * Preferably completed or ongoing medium or higher university education, and/or sales experience * B2-level English proficiency is mandatory * Excellent interpersonal skills * Commercial and sales orientation * Outstanding customer service skills * Valid European driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience * Valid residence or work permit in the EU
