We offer interesting weekend opportunities for the position of Sales/Client Service at our car rental office in Úbeda. The person in this role will efficiently provide services related to vehicle rentals (both at delivery and pickup), using company-approved policies and procedures. They will facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all required customer information. Additionally, they will perform their duties keeping in mind our customers' needs and according to our quality standards. ### **Responsibilities** * Renting, delivering, and collecting vehicles * Monitoring fleet entering and leaving the branch * Managing and processing all forms * Settling contracts * Resolving customer inquiries presented at the counter * Managing cash funds * Carefully selecting customers * Checking vehicle conditions, verifying documentation and accessories upon vehicle return ### **Qualifications** * Preferably completed or ongoing medium or higher university degree, and/or experience in sales * Mandatory B2 level of English * Excellent interpersonal skills * Commercial and sales orientation * Outstanding customer service skills * European driver's license with at least one year of validity * Possession of residency or work permit in the EU
