Position Summary: Design, operate, and optimize corporate processes for clients, including administration of key ERP, BPM, and enterprise tools. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomy and reliability in task and project execution **Scope of Work:** You will work within the department responsible for designing, operating, and optimizing corporate processes that support client companies' operations. This includes administration of ERP, BPM, and enterprise tools supporting operations, finance, logistics, HR, and other critical processes. **Experience:** 2\-3 years of prior experience in the sector. Solid domain competence, executing routine tasks and projects autonomously and reliably—whether at client sites, on-site implementations, or at company offices. Prior experience with ODOO is desirable. **Salary:** Our salary structure is transparent and directly rewards your technical knowledge and capabilities: * Annual Base Salary: 25\.802,54 € (per the XIX TIC Collective Agreement). * Knowledge Bonus (Business Process Expertise): 4\.500,00 € annually. * Total Gross Annual Salary: 30\.302,54 € * Additional knowledge areas—such as Automation or Software & App Development—will also be recognized and rewarded.
