Within this context, we aim to grow our team with a **Senior Generative AI Consultant** to participate in the design, industrialization, and operation of advanced Machine Learning models, aligned with data-driven business solutions and complex digital ecosystems. Responsibilities: * Development, training, and evaluation of supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning models using Python. * Implementation of feature engineering processes, model fitting, performance monitoring, and detection and adjustment of data/model drift. * Development and integration of MLOps solutions in cloud architectures, with a special focus on AWS. * Collaboration with data science, engineering, and business professionals. Key Responsibilities: * Design and maintain production-oriented Machine Learning pipelines. * Implement CI/CD practices for analytical models. * Monitor model performance in production. * Apply security, logging, and compliance standards. Mandatory Requirements: * Professional experience developing Machine Learning solutions with Python. * Experience with supervised and unsupervised algorithms. * Experience across the full model lifecycle. * Experience in cloud environments. * English proficiency level B2-C1. Desirable Requirements: * Experience with AWS SageMaker. * Development of ML Pipelines. * Workflow orchestration. * Experience in Martech. * Experience in the financial/banking sector.
